Our Grade 11 Programme
Through grades 11-12 at IS HCMC, you’ll find a vibrant learning community where students engage in a wide variety of learning experiences through the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB DP).
All students (regardless of pathway) are eligible to earn the IS HCMC High School Diploma. Students may take any combination of IB and non–IB courses, provided they earn a minimum of 25 credits from Grades 9 – 12 and meet the 95% attendance requirement.
IS HCMC Bilingual Pathways
At IS HCMC we believe in supporting students to pursue their interests and passions with individual pathways made available for bilingual students. We support each student to make healthy and thoughtful subject and pathway selections that reflect their individuality and allow them to be the best they can be.
Any student studying a language not already provided by our world language department (Vietnamese, Korean, Mandarin, French, Spanish) will be linked to a language tutor provided by IS HCMC. This includes and not limited to Japanese, Malay, Tagalog, Thai, Hindu, Hebrew, German, Italian, Russian, Portuguese, and more. I love the people at IS HCMC. I enjoy the many different nationalities, it is the best part of attending an international school. Before I came to IS HCMC, I used to go to a local Korean school, which is a totally different education system. The IB programme provides the opportunity to learn in different ways. What is the story behind The International School of Ho Chi Minh City?
The International School of Ho Chi Minh City (IS HCMC) is proud to be the first international school in Ho Chi Minh City. Our fee for secondary school is included all aspects of the daily program that students are required to be involved in as part of the annual tuition fee and from 774,200,000 VND – 923,600,000 VND depending on grade level.
