From the Primary Years Programme through the Middle Years Programme and Diploma Programme, leadership and service are woven into the learning experience. Alongside their academic studies, students build empathy, responsibility, confidence, and the courage to lead with purpose.

Using global contexts, they develop individual and collaborative initiatives that allow them to apply their knowledge, take responsibility, and contribute positively to people and the environment. These experiences strengthen independence, empathy, collaboration, and leadership.
Leading With Purpose Through CAS
Creativity, Activity, Service, known as CAS, is an essential part of the IB Diploma Programme.
Through creative experiences, physical activity, and voluntary service, students extend their learning beyond academics. They pursue interests, collaborate with others, support meaningful causes, and develop the confidence, initiative, and self-awareness to lead with purpose.
