Apply to ISHCMC and Request Visa Support
Begin by submitting an application to ISHCMC. Let our Admissions team know that your child will require visa support so we can guide you through the process.
Admission and Documentation
Once your child is admitted, ISHCMC will prepare the required school documents, including the Visa Sponsorship Letter, Statement of Enrollment, and Study Plan.
Submit the Visa Application
Parents or an authorized agent submit the complete visa application to the Vietnam Immigration Department with support from one of our approved visa partners.
Receive Approval
Once the application is approved, your family will receive confirmation and can obtain the visa through a Vietnamese embassy or consulate.
Prepare for Arrival
Share your arrival details with our team so we can support a smooth welcome and help your child prepare for their first day at ISHCMC.
What Families Should Prepare
We recommend beginning the visa process as soon as your child’s offer of admission is confirmed to allow time for approval before the start of school. To begin the process, families should prepare:
A valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity
Passport-size photographs with a white background
Guardianship documents, where applicable
A completed NA5 visa application form
Payment for visa fees and service-provider charges
