How the Program Works
Participating in the Family Referral Program is simple.
Share Your Experience: Tell friends, family members, colleagues, or acquaintances about ISHCMC and what makes our school community special.
Submit a Referral: Complete the official referral form before the new family registers with ISHCMC. This ensures your referral can be recorded and considered under the program.
Receive Referral Credits: When the referred student enrolls and completes their first full term at ISHCMC, eligible referral credits will be awarded.
Referral Credits
Eligible families may receive credits for each successful student enrollment that results from their referral. Referral credits can be used toward selected ancillary services at ISHCMC, such as canteen services, after-school activities, school bus services, and more.

Program Guidelines & Terms
By participating in the ISHCMC Family Referral Program, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility
The Family Referral Program is open exclusively to current parents and guardians of students enrolled at International School Ho Chi Minh City.
Referred Families
Referred students must be new to ISHCMC and must not have siblings who are currently enrolled or were previously enrolled at the school.
Referral Submission
All referrals must be submitted through the official ISHCMC Parent Referral Program form, available on the ISHCMC website and Rhino Hub, or by email to the ISHCMC Admissions team at admissions@ishcmc.edu.vn before the new student registers.
Accuracy of Information
Participants must ensure that all information submitted through the referral form or by email is accurate and complete, including family contact details. ISHCMC reserves the right to verify all referral information.
Credit Value
For the 1st student referred, the referring family receives VND 15,000,000 in credit. For each additional student referred, the referring family receives VND 10,000,000 in credit. The referred family receives VND 10,000,000 in credit.
Credit Usage
Referral credits can be used toward selected ISHCMC services, including canteen services, after-school activities, school bus services, and more during the current academic year.
Enrollment Requirement
Referral credits will be awarded once the referred student completes their first full term at ISHCMC.
Non-Transferability
Referral credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Expiration
Referral credits must be used within the academic year in which they are awarded. Unused credits will expire at the end of that academic year.
Multiple Referrals
If more than one family refers the same student, the referral credit will be awarded to the family who submitted the referral first, based on the timestamp in the school’s CRM system.
Admission Requirements
Participation in the Family Referral Program does not guarantee admission. All referred students must meet ISHCMC’s standard admissions requirements.
Notification
Participants will be notified by email or Rhino Hub when referral credits become available.
Program Changes
ISHCMC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Family Referral Program at any time. Updates will be communicated through the ISHCMC website and Rhino Hub.
Changes to Rewards
ISHCMC reserves the right to adjust credit values or eligible services with prior notification.
Withdrawal
Participants may withdraw from the program at any time in writing. Previously earned credits will remain valid for use, subject to the program terms.
Misuse or Fraudulent Activity
Any suspected misuse or fraudulent activity will result in disqualification from the program.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be handled according to ISHCMC’s existing complaint resolution policies.
Final Decision
All ISHCMC decisions regarding the Family Referral Program are final and binding.
