Key Features of ISHCMC’s Visa Support Program

Eligibility: For international students under 18 enrolling at ISHCMC.
Visa type: DH (Student Visa) – valid for up to 12 months
Trusted partners: We collaborate only with licensed immigration service providers experienced in supporting international students.

Your Simplified Visa Process

Inquiry:

Parents or authorized agents contact our Admissions team to request visa support.

Admission & Documentation:

Once your child is admitted, ISHCMC prepares the required school documents: Visa Sponsorship Letter, Statement of Enrollment, and Study Plan.

Application Submission:

Parents (or agent) submit the full application to the Vietnam Immigration Department with support from our approved visa partners.

Approval & Notification:

Once approved, families receive a confirmation and can obtain the visa at a Vietnamese embassy or consulate.

Arrival & Onboarding:

Families share arrival details with our team so we can prepare a warm welcome and smooth first-day experience.

What Families Should Prepare

From the very first step, please have these documents ready:

Valid passport (with at least six months’ validity)
Passport-size photos (white background)
Guardianship documents, if applicable
Completed visa application form (NA5)
Payment for visa fees and service provider charges

Tip: We recommend starting the visa process as soon as your child’s offer of admission is confirmed to ensure timely approval before the start of school.
