The ISHCMC Family Referral Program is designed to harness the power and wisdom of our existing families to further strengthen the ISHCMC community.

Use our simple online form to refer a new family. Just ensure you do this before they register to ensure your referral is counted!

Receive up to 15,000,000 VND in credits for each new student enrollment that results from your referral. These credits can be used for a range of ancillary services at the school such as canteen and school bus.

Referring Family (Current) = 15,000,000 in credits
Referred Family (New) = 10,000,000 in credits

Additional Student

Referring Family (Current) = 10,000,000 in credits
Referred Family (New) = 10,000,000 in credits

Eligibility

Participants: The program is open exclusively to current parents/guardians of students enrolled at the International School of Ho Chi Minh City (ISHCMC).
Referred Families: Referred students must be new to ISHCMC, with no siblings currently or previously enrolled.

Referral Process

Submission: All referrals must be submitted through the official ISHCMC Parent Referral Program form available on the ISHCMC website and Rhino Hub, or by email to the ISMCMC Admissions team (admissions@ishcmc.edu.vn) prior to the new student’s registration.
Accuracy of Information: Participants must ensure that all information provided in the referral form or by email is accurate and complete, including the family contact details. ISHCMC reserves the right to verify all referral information.

Credit Allocation

Credit Value:
- First Student Referred :
  - Referring Family: 15,000,000 VND credit
- Each Additional Student Referred:
  - Referring Family: 10,000,000 VND credit
  - Referred Family: 10,000,000 VND credit
Credit Usage: Credits can be used towards canteen services, enriching after-school activities, school bus services, and more for the current academic year.

Conditions for Credit Utilization

Enrollment Requirement: Credits will be awarded once the referred student completes their first full term at ISHCMC.
Non-transferability: Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Expiration: Credits must be utilized within the academic year they are awarded and will expire at the end of the academic year if unused.

General Terms

Multiple Referrals: In the case of multiple referrals for the same student, the credit will be awarded to the family who submitted the referral first, based on timestamp in the school’s CRM system.
Program Modification and Termination: ISHCMC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time. Any updates will be communicated via the ISHCMC website and Rhino Hub.
Admission Policies: Participation in the referral program does not guarantee admission. All referred students must meet ISHCMC’s standard admissions requirements.
Notification : Participants will be notified via email or Rhino Hub when referral credits become available.
Fraudulent Activity: Any suspected misuse or fraudulent activity will result in disqualification from the program.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be handled according to ISHCMC’s existing complaint resolution policies.
Acknowledgement: Participation indicates acceptance of all program terms and conditions.
Changes to Rewards: ISHCMC reserves the right to adjust credit values or eligible services with prior notification.
Withdrawal: Participants may withdraw from the program at any time in writing; however, previously earned credits will remain valid for use.
Final Decision: All ISHCMC decisions regarding the program are final and binding.
