As a student-centred and ambitious leader, Raj is passionate about education, wellbeing, safeguarding and young people. Raj believes that when a young person’s social and emotional wellbeing needs are not met that they are unlikely to achieve academic success. Raj also believes that when a school can provide a sense of stability, and understanding combined with exceptional whole school communication systems, these barriers to learning can be overcome, regardless of circumstance.
