Our Leadership | Ms. Kim Green - Head of School
12 December, 2022

Kim’s leadership and education philosophy is grounded in the concepts of collective efficacy and learner agency. Wellbeing (body, mind and soul) and learning must be at the core of our culture so that we can inspire, nurture, foster and build collective efficacy and learner agency. Decision making, structures and programs that are inspired through holistic wellbeing and engaging and meaningful learning, empower our learners to take mindful and compassionate action. As learners explore local and global contexts, engage in rich experiences for experiential learning and celebrate real-world accomplishments they are energized. When the process of learning for all members of our community is grounded in inclusion, collaboration, critical thinking, problem-solving and the celebration of each individual’s achievements we empower our learners to flourish. Toitu te Matauranga – Education is the Vehicle of Life.
