Exhibitions

Whole School Visual Arts Exhibition
There are a number of events organized during the year to exhibit the work of students.  These included the Annual Arts Exhibitions with works of students from Early Explorer to Grade 12 and the IB Art Exhibition, the culminating Exhibition of the examination work of our senior students. 

IBPYP Exhibition
In Grade 5 students complete five units of inquiry and their PYP Exhibition. The PYP Exhibition is a celebration of the student’s learning at ISHCMC. Student’s carry out an individual or group inquiry, following their passions, under the central idea chosen by the grade level. The students present written work, use technology, give oral and group presentations. The exhibition includes the specialist subjects – visual art, music and P.E. Members of the wider school community support the exhibition by being mentors, guest speakers or group experts as well as coming along to visit the exhibition and celebrate the student’s achievements.

IBMYP Exhibition

The Personal Project is an integral part of the IBMYP course and gives the Grade 10 students the chance to practice the skills they have learnt in all their subject areas as they complete a learning activity which they direct and control. This exhibition is a chance for the students to share their final products and discuss the process they went through to complete their project, including the challenges, with others.
