Gala Concert on 21st April, 2011

Dear Parents/Guardians,
 
I am writing to inform you about a very exciting musical event that is approaching fast this year’s Gala Concert. This is now the eighth occasion of its kind: it has certainly established itself as a much-anticipated annual event within our school community.
 
The concert will take place at 7pm on Thursday 21st April at the HCMC Municipal Theatre (Opera House). This evening is an excellent showcase of the amazing student talent we have at ISHCMC: all the main ensembles will be performing, including Orchestra, Concert Band, Soul Control, String Ensemble, Choir, Elementary Choir plus various smaller ensemble groups. Students from Grades 2 to Grade 12 will be represented at this event. It certainly promises to be a highly varied and entertaining evening, with music ranging from classical to jazz to popular.
