PYP Regional Workshop at ISHCMC
On February 18th-20th ISHCMC hosted the PYP regional conference. One hundred and eighty eight participants from countries ranging from Denmark to Mongolia came for 3 days professional development.

Welcome Kath Murdoch and IB conference
On Friday, Saturday and Sunday approximately 212 teachers from around the Asia Pacific region will participate in eight different IBPYP courses. We are delighted to be able to host these valuable workshops and appreciated the support of the whole staff with the changes to the timetable and classroom locations that have been required.
Chuc Mung Nam Moi From The Headmaster
The School will break for the Tet holiday from Saturday 29th January and resume on Monday 7th February. I take this opportunity to wish you and your family “Chúc Mừng Năm Mới”.
Grade 8 and 10 Subject Advice Evening
To help the students and parents understand the choices they have, all teachers will be spending time sharing with students what the options are in their subject area. We will also have a Subject Advice Evening on January 26th at 7 PM where you will have the opportunity to learn a little more about the options available and have the chance to speak to subject teachers.
From the Headmaster
Dear Parents, The last weeks at school have been very busy indeed. Assessments have been held and semester reports have been prepared. In addition, there has been the end of semester events, including special assemblies, Young Enterprise Awards, Junior Games Day, Track and Field Day, Sports Day, “King and I”, Festival of Music and “Battle of the Band”.
New School Facilities Dec 15th, 2010
The construction project has reached the fit-out stage and work is continuing on the new facilities which will include science laboratories, multi purpose room/ gym and a swimming pool.
