IB Diploma Results in May 2010
This year our results were again above the global average in terms of pass rate and average pass score, while 76% of our DP candidates were awarded Bilingual Diplomas: to complete a rigorous pre-university programme in one’s second (or third) language is a most respectable achievement!
Our average Diploma score was 31, in keeping with the global average. Our actual scores are also close to the global average :

Our hardworking students, their supportive parents and our dedicated ISHCMC Diploma teachers should feel proud of this success! More important, though, than statistics, is the fact that our students achieved individually what they needed to get them to where they wanted to go, in universities and colleges all over the world.
In the IB Diploma programme at ISHCMC we continue to strive to improve; our three major goals for our students and teachers in 2010-11 are: ever more Diploma passes, higher scores amongst the high achievers, and, above all, a rewarding experience for all. Do come and see me in Room 312 if you have any queries about our Diploma Programme.
