Moving to a new school is a major change in the life of a family, and a time of anticipation and anxiety. Parents are concerned about the happiness and adjustment of their children. We at ISHCMC recognize and share these concerns. With well qualified and experienced teachers, knowledgeable of education in the international school context, we hope that by working together, we can make your time with us an unforgettable and rewarding lifelong learning experience.
Our School has always maintained a focused vision – one of providing a teaching and learning environment that emphasises the development of the whole child. Since its foundation sixteen years ago, the curriculum has been shaped to meet the needs of our students and formed within the frameworks of the International Baccalaureate. We endeavour to ensure that we continue to provide best instructional practices.
The School conforms to international standards and is accredited by Council of International School (CIS) and the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC). In awarding this recognition the agencies commended the School on“ having a highly professional approach, dedication and commitment to a child-centred, developmentally appropriate education and“making excellent efforts towards promoting inter culturalism”
These comments are so important in validating what the school does on a daily basis – the emphasis on fostering the individual ability of our students within an intercultural community. This website is a visual testimony to these endeavours and the life of our community.
